The superb model for this ranch/school is Rawhide, located in Wisconsin, where they have a 93% turn-around rate in the lives of the teens who live in this nurturing environment. It is not a "boot-camp" mentality, and, in fact, has a higher success rate than those models. There is already a Sherriff's Ranch for Boys and a Sherriff's Ranch for Girls in Florida, but there are enough teens in trouble to make this project essential.
